![]() ![]() * The dance with EXTRA_LIBSNAPPY_LDFLAGS seems odd. It'll probably work fine, but it's poor style. * Needs to call AC_SUBST() or else the rule to rebuild libtool in Makefile.am won't work. That's INSTALL Makefile.in aclocal.m4 compile config.guess config.h.in config.sub configure depcomp install-sh ltmain.sh missing mkinstalldirs. autoreconf -i works really well these days. * The various bits generated from and added by the autotools shouldn't be committed. IMHO, the build system could do with a little work: Please someone port it to C and linux-kernel code so it could be used with zram instead of LZO. ![]() In addition, you must include the expired parameter to check the value of the Expires header field.~/snappy-read-only $. For this purpose the gzip_proxied directive has parameters that instruct NGINX to check the Cache-Control header field in a response and compress the response if the value is no-cache, no-store, or private. For example, it is reasonable to compress responses only to requests that will not be cached on the proxy server. The directive has a number of parameters specifying which kinds of proxied requests NGINX should compress. To configure compression of these responses, use the gzip_proxied directive. The fact that a request comes from a proxy server is determined by the presence of the Via header field in the request. By default, NGINX does not compress responses to proxied requests (requests that come from the proxy server). ![]()
